Our Leadership Program

The Aspire Peer Leaders Program empowers students to become both leaders and tutors in their own schools. Each student tutor is trained in the Aspire Method by qualified Aspire Academy mentors, ensuring consistent, high-quality academic support.

By fostering peer-to-peer tutoring systems that last beyond any single student, Aspire Academy helps schools build a sustainable culture of learning, leadership, and collaboration. Student leaders in this program are recognized as official members of Aspire Academy, earning credits for their work while making a lasting impact on their school community.

The program is designed to strengthen schools and support students, creating a network of confident leaders who carry the spirit of Aspire far into the future.

Our Method

Actively Listen – Pay close attention to what the student says and identify where they’re struggling

Simplify Concepts – Break down complex topics into smaller, understandable steps

Prompt Critical Thinking – Ask guiding questions instead of giving answers directly

Inspire Confidence – Encourage and affirm effort to help build the student’s self-belief

Review & Reflect – Check for understanding and revisit tough concepts

Empathize – Create a safe, respectful, and patient learning space
